API for Change Agents?

Message from Sean M Alderman via eLinkIt looks like there's no way to work with Change Agents via Lapi. Willthere be in the future? I've been working on a lapi app to build users,and I'm looking for the ability to set some change agents for these newusers to help them get active in the projects they're setup to use.Just curious if any one else has wanted and/or tried to do this.-- Sean M.
