Where are Workflow Attribute Titles stored that correlate to th WF_ATTRID number?

We would like to report on attributes created for a specific workflow which uses checkboxes and display in a report the titles of those attributes that were checked by the user. In what table are WF attribute titles stored relating to the WF_ATTRID number? Can you provide a sample call to the table as we are new to SQL and LiveReporting?

That's a tough one. The definitions of the attributes are stored in wdata.data_userdata when wdata.data_subtype = 3. But they?re stored as a long string (later parsed into an OScript Assoc), so it?s not that useful to a poor old human SQL writer. For example, here's the start of a data_userdata column's content:

Unfortunately, I don't have enough SQL knowledge to know how to parse this in order to get the attribute names.

I will refer to 2 tables in the Livelink schema: WFAttrData - which stores the attribute data for workflows, and WData - which stores one record for each type of work package data that is being circulated by the workflow.The workflow attribute name is stored in the WDATA table within an assoc in the DATA_USERDATA column. O.K., it's taken us a while to have the ability to ask a specific question.The data I need to pull for a LiveReport is stored in the WFAttrData table under WF_VALLONG. WF_ATTRID = 9, WF_ATTRTYPE = 11 and WF_ENTRYNUM = 1 (what does the one stand for? First pass through workflow?).What SQL call will pull this information?Any information is appreciated!

One more question -Can anyone tell me what does (+) sign represent in SQLwithin Livelink TODO view???If you open sql for TODO view you will see that it isused in the from part of the sql -from TodoBase, KUAF a, KUAF b, KUAF c where Work_OwnerID=a.ID(+) and Work_ManagerID=b.ID(+) and SubWorkTask_PerformerID=c.ID(+)Any comments much appreciated.

I don't know if you have received answers outside theforum but I do know that the increment is not always one but is usually alow number. This is just because the workflow map and work table entries arecreated in tandem as a workflow is initiated. To connect the map and worktables for an instantiated workflow you cannot rely on the id difference.The proper way is to join them via the WSubWork table. In oracle it indicates an outer join. This functionality allows a record for a table to be included even though it doesn't meet the join criteria....

I'm trying to find out what the wdata.data_type and data_subtype indicate. I read earlier that a 'data_subtype = 1' indicates that the 'data_userdata' is the WF Attachment folder in the WF Vol, but what are the other values for? I thought they might be related to Attributes, but have no clue. Where are they defined?
