Need help setting form attributes for a workflow

Hello,I am trying to add a form and its parameters to a workflow before I initiate it. If I understand correctly, after I load the workflow I can change the workPackage's attributes. Could anyone give me an example of what the code looks like to do this? Are there any examples on this site?Thanks!
