LiveReport for Task List

I have been having trouble with creating a Live Report to inform me of the Tasks and Subtasks associated with the Task List. I am trying to get information such as owner, description, priority, assigned to, due date, status and task name. I have been able to gather this data for a task and its sub tasks, but not for task list and all its tasks and subtasks, does anyone have any thoughts?Thanks for your help - Mitch

It sounds like the trouble you're having is with identifying ALL of the items in the task list, including sub-tasks. If that's the case, then DTree.OwnerID will probably help you. All of the items in a task list (including sub-tasks, attachments, v9.1 task groups, and v9.1 milestones) have their DTree.OwnerID field set to the DataID of the task list. (You can use some of the "filter" system parameters to specify the types of items that you want to include in the report.)

Attached is a livereport you can import. You have to know the object id for the task list and enter it in the sql at DTree.OwnerID=This is written for MS SQL 7.0. Hope it helps.
