Here is a quick rundown of the problem:Machines 1 x LL Server (Livelink 9.x on Win2k Adv Server)2 x Clients (Win2k Pro)Two clients using an application written on LAPI is trying to load 5 Word docs each with a size of 5Mb per file. The application start at the same time on each PC and connects to LL. However if a long process is executing we can clearly see a bottleneck on port 2099. Client A will load its doc while Client B is waiting for Client A's process to finish. Thus on port 2099 with LAPI there is only one process executing at a time while all other client requests wait. Furthermore we also included multithreading into our test app but once again only one process at a time.
