How to alter user permissions for an object such that.....

Infosys_Infosys_(infosysuser1_-_(deleted))

This should make possible that this particular node(say a folder or doc) can be just seen($PSee) by a user A,Browsed($PSee,$PSeeContents) by another user B ,while another group has all the rights over it.The User A is the creator of the node.Please help

In your case userA is creator of document or folder. So userA can set permissions for himself as well as other users like userB. But when userA set permission for himself that time it shows one error message but it will take effect of permissions which userA has set for himself or for others. If you don't want error message to come then let userA to set all permission for other user let say userC including Edit Permissions. Then let userC to set permissions for userA also in this case you won't get error message also.

Once the object has been created by the user, transfer the ownership of the object to the required user/group from the Permissions option on the Function Menu for that object.Hope it is clear
