How to set user permissions?

Infosys_Infosys_(infosysuser1_-_(deleted))

This should make possible that this particular node(say a folder or doc) can be just seen($PSee) by a user A,Browsed($PSee,$PSeeContents) by another user B ,while another group has all the rights over it.The User A is the creator of the node.Please help
