Hello,I was wondering if anyone is out there that is proficient with customizing live reports to display form data.With form data rev. mech. set to none and submission mech set to SQL table storage, I'm able to create a livereport that displays the all of my form's instances and they are sequenced.It would be nice if the user could select the SEQ number (link) from the livereport corresponding to a particular form that was filled out. This would display the whole form which could in turn be modified by the user.Is this possible? If so, could someone give me direction on how to write the SQL?Thanks,Jon

Hi Jon,

Even if you could build the url link as a result column, standard Livereports will not allow you to embed HTML correctly in the the result page so you can present a correct URL link eg <a href=...>.

One way to easily customise Livereport formating is using the PS Module XML Livereports. This will allow you to write and apply xsl stylesheets to the Livereport result set so that you can build any XHTML result page you want. In this way, you could provide a link next to each form data which builds a url pointing to the original LL form edit page, passing the formid, seq number etc. This could popup a new window and allow the user to edit the original form data.

Hi Jon,In the UK we have developed a module called WebReports which allows customviews to be created for Livereports (using a similar model to Web Forms). This is available through UK Global Services and I can pass you a trial copy. Some demonstrations applications using this functionality are available on our UK showcase server.We have also considered allowing XSL custom views and converting the Livereport data; however, this will be in a future release. The current method is relatively simple and fairly quick.
