Sending a Form Field Value to a Request Handler (HELP)

How can i send a form field value to a Request Handler? I try to do it using arguments in the URL that calls the RH but I don?t know how to pass a field value.Thanks.

Hi,make a request handler mymodule.myhandler and try the following weblingo code: after submitting the form your RH will receive a parameter myField with the value entered in the input field.Hope this helpsMartin

In the code of a WebLingo page, the 'this' context refers to the request handler.For WebNodeActions, you'll see that most people pass the data to the WebLingo page as an Assoc of data assigned to the response object. The weblingo page then references .fResponse.data to get at the data. See WebDOC:WebNodeActions:Reserve and the Reserve.html page for an example.On request handlers different things are done ... one thing I have seen a fair bit of is adding a new feature .fData and using that to pass the data around. It's really your preference there.
