Is there a way to run report to identify orphaned documents listed in Livelink but not found in the EFS?

This should be covered by the Database Verification reports from the Admin.index pages.

for EFS related verification/deletion of orphans supported methods are

Oscript,LAPI,Web services
Tools such as Webreports,Object Importer
Third party tools

Direct Database manipulation OT will not support .My understanding is after you run the EFS stuff you are supposed to contact support and they will tell you next steps
