Fetching of Application Docs that require multiple files

We are trying to manage documents for applications that require more than one file to be opened at the same time. For instance, Geoscout Applications.We have numerous applications that require this functionality (for clients to fetch (view) the document). Has anyone out there encountered this issue and found a solution to it?
