Report to update user's email notifications?

Can I use a LiveReport to update a user's email address?Although I update the user's email using Users & Groups it is not updating email for notifications.If anyone has done this with a LiveReport how was it setup?

Though we don't support direct alterations to the Livelink database, from a strictly "knowledge" point of view, I think the e-mail addresses for notifications are stored in the AgentSchedule table in the Livelink database.- Bhupinder
