Error LL Builder 9.1.0.3 after installing

Hi there,After installing LL Builder 9.1.0.3 and running the application, the system gives me the following error:Title:LLBUILDER.exe - Entry Point Not FoundText:The procedure entry point ?err_get_msg@@YAPADJPAD@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library LLKERNEL.dllCan someone help me out there ?Regards,Manuel

We are also having the same error as reported above when trying to launch the same version of Livelink Builder on a server running Livlink 9.1 SP3.Can anyone in opentext give me a solution to this problem?Thanks,Alan.

I have seen this error when running the a different version of builder with Livelink. For instance running Builder 9.1 SP3 with Livelink 9.0.0.1. If you are using the same version of builder try uninstalling and reinstalling it otherwise make sure you are using the correct version of builder with Livelink. If you still have problems I suggest opening a ticket with support at either emailing support@opentext.com or by calling 1-800-540-7292.Jeremy
