Taxonomy across multiple workspace(project)

We have the query to display the taxonomy of one project using "connect by prior" in oracle. However we would like to display the taxonomy across multiple projects. Besidesusing join on two or more "connect by prior" queries, is there a better way to make the query speed faster?Thanks
