Attach Document & Inititate a workflow by LAPI

Has any body done any LAPI -java to attach a docuement and initiate a workflow? It would be helpful if somebody explain how to use the AccessWorkPackage function to attach a docuemnt to work flow. I appreciate any help on this.RegardsGigi
