Automatic Triggering of Live Report

I would like to execute LiveReport automatically in the way is that as soon as User clicks on the node and go to next level where LiveReport exists, it should display the results instead of clicking the LiveReport. I wonder if anyone has thoughts on it.

Actually what I need is that LiveReport should display the Results and rest of the livelink items underneath the LiveReport's results like Folders, URL's etc.So the Page would have LiveReport Results then Items underneath those results.

Sounds interesting - it seems that what you are describing is a customview that automatically displays the contents of a LiveReport. It would look pretty slick to have a dynamic chart at the top of the page. I wonder if you could use a customview with some javascript, perhaps an onload command to activate the LiveReport...

I did try meta and it didn't work probably because of IE6.0's idiosyncracy.However I implemented a similar request by adding a func=link to the enterprise goto menu.This probably should help also,I have my reservation against changing the livelink navigation objects thru customization.I have included a picture.however i do not at this point know how to pass an argument hence I hardcode it.any thoughts

There is a solution: create a live report and archive it some where, then on the costumer folder create a URL like:http:///Livelink/livelink.exe?func=ll&objId=XXXX&objAction=RunReport, where is your LLserver and "****" is the report object_ID. If there is any user input just add : &inputLabel1=&inputLabel2= at the end of the URLtry it, it works for me
