LDAP Synchronization feature

We are a Livelink customer, and using Directory Services for NTLM Authentication only. We are considering whether to use the LDAP Synchronization feature (with Windows 2000 Active Directory).We are interested in the amount of planning time and implementation effort that may be required to get the LDAP Synchronization setup and working. We are pretty good but not experts in LDAP and Active Directory. If you have done this and have a few comments to offer here, or in a phone call, I would appreciate it. Thanks!
