Custom SOV Alert Messages?

Hello Development Discussion,Is anyone aware of any documentation for using Custom SOV messages? We would like to notify users of custom agent results using the SOV Alert system.I have tried $SOVMgmt.Utils.AddCustomLine but have not found any documentation about the correct parameters available and proper use.Thank you,Eliot Gorman
