Xml file In Learning Management Module (content Browser)

hello everybody,i am facing a problem with xml file in learning management module. in this module for creating content browser itemwe need a IMSMANFEAST.xml file for bulk upload.but i did not find any related DTD for that XML file so if any body have sample DTD and XML file for IMSMANFEAST.xml please send me.it is very urgent
