Moving "Application" from Dev/QA to Production Instance

All,We have a dev, QA and production instances of Livelink. We are developing Automated Document Review and approval application (using eForms/ Workflow/ LiveReports) [in Livelink 9.1 SP3]Is there a way to package the application components together and move all of them from one instance to another (XML export or ContentMover Application (MorningStar Product) does not move Forms ? and if we only move workflow and then we can build the form on the other instance BUT we have to re-associate the form with the workflow which is over 200 steps and rebuild all our evaluates!!!!)Please let us know if you need further information.
