Help with Javascript in customview.html???

I have been unable to get any simple Javascripts to work in the customview.html file. Mouseovers don't work, rotating graphics don't work, etc, etc, etc. The scripts all work in regular .html files on a browser, so it must have something to do with the customview file. Does anyone have an answer for this? Thanks!

I just ran a quick test with javascript in a customview.html file and had no problems with an alert and a mouseover. is your javascript in your customview.html file or are you sourcing in a separate .js file?
