Builder opens even when llservice is running

Normally when you open builder while the server is running, you are prompted with a message which says llservice is running and gives you the option to shutdown the service/ open in read only mode.I am not getting this message when I try to open builder.

Builder only asks for shutdown when current PC user has services start/stop perms. If your user can't stop the LLservice, builder doesn't even ask for it.Maybe that is what is happening to youAlvaro
