A LiveReport on "LiveReport Submissions" doesn't work

We tried a LiveReport on the "LiveReport Submissions""LR0009 - How can I display the number of users that belong to this BaseGroup? "The SQL was SELECT k1.Name "BaseGroup", COUNT(*) "Users" FROM KUAF k1, KUAF k2 WHERE k1.ID=k2.GroupID GROUP BY k1.Name ORDER BY k1.NameThe report says that we have 112 users in DefaultGroup. I'm sure that it is just 1, and that's Admin. When we selected the users in the DefaultGroup by using Livelink search for user and group and select group name. There is only one.

Try running this statement. It should return those 112 users. Then check the Deleted field and verify that it's 0.

SELECT k1.Name "BaseGroup", k2.* FROM KUAF k1, KUAF k2 WHERE
k1.ID=k2.GroupID and k1.Name='DefaultGroup' ORDER BY k1.Name

The LiveReport you're running counts deleted users which are not returned in the browser. It's possible that you have 1 active user in the DefaultGroup and 111 deleted users. A deleted user will have the Deleted field set to 1.

You can modify the original LiveReport to the following to return only active users.

SELECT k1.Name "BaseGroup", COUNT(*) "Users" FROM KUAF k1, KUAF k2 WHERE
k1.ID=k2.GroupID and k2.Deleted=0 GROUP BY k1.Name ORDER BY k1.Name
