Creating function to Create folder

HiI need some advices/help to automatically create new folder, archive documents on it and later replace those documents with a new version (Delete the old version) from an external system What will the best solution be, any help example, template, ... will be appreciated.Thanks

Users connecting to that FTP server will be able totransparently browse, upload and download documents stored in Livelinkas if it was a file system.Using a FTP client software with batch/schedule capabilities you thenwould be able to synchronize a file system with Livelink.
