Hi,

Wish you a Happy New Year!.

One of our customer is having a problem with Directory Services when they synchronize with NTLM.Herewith i enclose a ZIP file which contains the snapshot of all the modules installed,opentext.ini file and other needed info.

What needs to be done to fix this issue?.Kindly advise/suggest ASAP.

Hi,

For the first problem, based on your opentext.ini (Server entry in the [general] section) you should set CGIHosts to 127.0.0.1 in order for this to work. More information about this problem is available in the Knowledge Base article entitled 'Why do I get a "Server did not respond, or sent a document that contains no data" message after configuring Directory Services?'

For the second problem, verify that the _All-Staff group is a domain local security group, and that _All-Staff is it's pre-windows 2000 (NetBIOS) group name.
