Livelink Error when trying to install a module

Hello, I have created a module in Builder using the Make Module script.. when i restarted builder and tried to login to Livelink in order to install my new module I received the following error: Do you know what is causing thsi problem? Livelink Error: Server Problem [Failed to open ospaces and initialize server!]
