and another problem..

When I start up Builder it does not prompt me to Shutdown,Quit or Continue as it used to before..I have a feeling that this might be causing the error i am getting with Livelink..Why is the Shutdown,Quit or Continue option not available to me anymore?I have permissions to stop and start the Livelink services, as I am logged in as admin..ANy ideas anyone??!?

the only time i don't see those options is when the livelink windows service is not currently started. donna
