Setting ATTR_TYPE_USER Attribute when storing a document

Can someone explain to me how to go about setting the User attribute when storing a document through CreateObjectEx I have all the major attribute types covered, Int, bool, String, Date, etc... but Im trying to be able to support the User attribute, and I cant seem to figure out how to Update the attribute with the correctly selected username ID pair...Any help would be great! Thanks!
