SQL to update the Set Notification?

I have one Folder called Status Report and I want to set Notification "Notify User Urgent or Daily if An Item is added " for more than 200 people. Anyone knows the SQL to do this in database. Which table I should be updating?I want to avoid training each user so I am wondering if I can do this in database. I am also aware of the Group Notification module but I like to do this by sql if possible.If you know please let me know asap.Thanks
