Duplicate Physical Object IDs

We are wondering if any other LLRM customers have encountered a problem with duplicate physical object item ID's? We are using LLRM 2.7 and there is a DB locking issue. OTC is investigating a patch but has anyone else encountered this problem and potentially resolved?
