Passing Run Time Parameters in a report

Hi, We have an issue with live Reports that we need to pass run time parameters. The run time parameter should be a drop down and it gets data from Catts & Atts. Is there any way that we can pass a run time parameter where we can select particular value from drop down box (which gets populated from database)?Thanks
