User Being Returned to Login Screen
Susan_Nare_(sglcuser16a_-_(deleted))
Greetings!I have a user who when he tries to log into Livelink (using the correct logon details), he is returned to the logon screen. Here is the information related to the problem: 1. He is running Windows XP. 2. He just ran the Microsoft Update from this morning (after which he could no longer log into LL). 3. I had him reinstall his Sun java client and reboot. 4. I had him change his IE6 settings to match those in the OT document for proper IE6 and reboot. I am now out of ideas. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Regards,Susan

Message from Donna Lohr via eLinkCheck with your firewall people to look at the logs. Everytime we have hadthat problem, it was the way the firewall was handling the request.-----Original Message-----From: eLink Discussion: Development Discussion[mailto:development@elinkkc.opentext.com]Sent: Wednesday, July 14, 2004 1:26 PMTo: eLink RecipientSubject: User Being Returned to Login ScreenUser Being Returned to Login ScreenPosted by Nare, Susan on 07/14/2004 02:22 PMGreetings!I have a user who when he tries to log into Livelink (using the correctlogon details), he is returned to the logon screen.
