Anybody using MorningStar products??
Kevin_Wood_(kevinwood_-_(deleted))
Hello, I am looking for a contact at MorningStar. We are having issues getting a hold of anyone there to deal with a memory leak issue (with content mover product). Also curious to know if anyone else has experienced this issue? If you have a contact at morningstar or are familiar with the memory leak issue with the Content Builder product please respond to this topic or e-mail/call me directly. Thank you! Nancy DupontEnCana Corp.nancy.dupont@encana.com403-645-6946

the content mover product good??

We have tried the website contacts, however, with no success. We intended to use Content Mover to migrate data across instances (e.g. to populate a test or development environment with representative data from production). It seems OK for small amounts of data, but we've run into issues when trying to move any reasonable volume. Please feel free to contact us directly if you would like further information.

Production --> test Why not move the whole db is it to big ....?Normally you have installation with documents stored external ==> if you just move over the metadata (stored in the database it is not a big issue)RegardsPs. I will double check if I have some contacts at Morningsstar
