A list of projects sorted by modification date
Nina_Lewau_(sablinadmin_-_(deleted))
We have a need for deleting/archiving a lot projects that have not been accessed/modified for a long time. IT's quite time consuming to chase all the Coordinators to have them deleting or archiving their projects, and above all it's not easy to see which projects that should be archived. But, we're not sure on how to do this, anyone who know how to do a LiveReport that resturns a list of all projects, sorted by the date that an object within the project last was modified? Thanks

Thanks, but the result from that report gives me the date that the project object itself has been modified (created/changed attributes etc) But I want to know when something within the project was modified last (a document was created, a version added, a topic added etc)Any suggestions for that? Thanks

Message from via eLinkAll items in a project share the same OwnerID. You could do a select whereDataID is 202 (project?) and then do a sub select for MAX on theModifiedDate where OwnerID = DataID? Using SQL Server this works for me....SELECT NAME, (SELECT MAX(MODIFYDATE) FROM DTREE B WHERE B.OWNERID =A.DATAID) FROM DTREE A WHERE SUBTYPE = 202That is the last time anything within a given project was updated.-----Original Message-----From: eLink Discussion: Livelink LiveReports Discussion[mailto:livereportsdiscussion@elinkkc.opentext.com]Sent: August 24, 2004 7:57 AMTo: eLink RecipientSubject: Not modification of the project objectNot modification of the project objectPosted by Englund, Nina on 08/24/2004 07:41 AMThanks, but the result from that report gives me the date that the projectobject itself has been modified (created/changed attributes etc) But I wantto know when something within the project was modified last (a document wascreated, a version added, a topic added etc)Any suggestions for that? Thanks[To reply to this thread, use your normal E-mail reply function.]============================================================Topic: A list of projects sorted by modification date

I have a questions for this report: should it is be autolivereport? Also, for Input I have selected Project, Param 1- User Input 1%. I have tried as livereport and autolivereport but I get successfully only to next page when I can browse for Project, then when click Update, get an error. I probably doing something wrong. Could you please advise?thanks much,Nara
