Getting a list of users in a group and sub-groups

I am working on training our help-desk to start taking calls about Livelink. I want all permission based issues to go to the KM of the area in question. Since our company is broken into teams, each team has designated a KM or sometimes two. These KMs are in a group ex team_1_km, team_2_km, ... I then put all of the KMs into a high level group (Master_KM_Group). I now need to be able to look down into all of these groups to provide a dynamic list so if a user calls in for help, the Helpdesk person will be able to click the report and know to whom to send the person.Thanks very much,Jeff

Jeff,Here are a couple of reports that I use. One of the reports has a drill down to the users in the subgroup. Hopefully, you can make something from these reports work for you.I'm sending you one report here and I'll send the second group report with a drill down subreport to your email address.Hope they help!
