NTLM sync, problems with some fields

Hi,we are using NTLM synchronization and authentication.1)Everytime the synchronization runs, the "title" field of the synchronized Livelink is overwritten and the first and last name of the user is stored there. We wanted to use the "title" field as a kind of a job description but that information is overwritten.Is there a way to exclude the "title" field from the synchronization?2) On the other hand, some usefull fields that exist in our active directory, do not get synchronized.Eg. email, phone, fax, etc.How can we include those fields in the syncronization?Thank you for any help you can provide on this,Michael Ioannides

Message from Brian Walsh via eLinkNTLM will synch only 2 things and they are not configurable. Login anddescription which is usually the name. If you wish to synch other fieldsor have more control you should use an LDAP synch with your AD. Thank you Brian,in accordance with your message, my tests indicate that the Livelink's "First Name" and "Last Name" come from the "Display name" of active directory.The "title" field of Livelink comes from the "description" field of ActiveDirectory.Michael
