Are BrokerID and NodeID one in the same?

Hi! Obviously I'm trying to perform a search. I receive a list of Brokers in my search to obtain the correct BrokerID for my search. Now I'm pretty sure that at the Enterprise Level is -1, but is there some way I can figure out the entire listing of Broker ID's, are they a constant? Thanks,Peter

I do not do any lapi regarding search but the docs say you have a call called GetSearchBrokersThe GetSearchBrokers function provides an all-in-one approach to retrieving information about search brokers. This function returns a list of all search brokers that exist in the System Volume, as well as detailed information about each search broker and its children
