Livelink Error- Error adding new item. []

Hello!Has anyone encountered this error? Do you know what it means?It occurs when I try to add a custom document that I'm working on. The document on creation creates some documents that are attached to it: a task list, several tasks in that list and a few documents uploaded from the desktop also attatched the doc. All these work fine. Adding some code to initiate a workflow and attaching the document to that workflow is what causes the problem. Any ideas?Thanks!Ys
