Convert Livelink ACL to Windows 2003 server

Does anyone do a conversion of Livelink ACL to Windows 2003 server ? Thanks.

Let says I have a folder "ABC" in Livelink. Now I create a "ABC" folder in Windows 2003 server and I want that folder have the same access right as the folder in Livelink.

DS does aone way synch of users from AD to Livelink. It does not synch users fromLivelink to AD nor does it synch permissions going either way.
