Insert Set Values using LAPI

Hello,If any one has any input on this it would be really helpful to make design decision for an application that we are working on.In a Form based on SQL tables having Master-Detail tables with the set definition. we need to Capture multiple values of an item using Drop-Down or Check box with the help of Java Script.After capturing these values, we are planning to insert these values into the Set/Details tables using LAPI call when the Form is submitted.If any one has tried this before, or have a sample code on this will be very useful.Thanks Siva
