How to use properties files instead of XLATES in LL 9.5

In LL 9.5 properties files are used. In the ospace directory there is, par example, the lliapi_en_US.properties file. I need to overwrite the value of the key LLIAPI_LABEL.PublicAccess.How and where can I do this in my module?In the builder I read something about Properties.New(), Properties.load() and so on. Is there any documentation about?Thanks for answering soon!!
