Lapi .NET Assemblies are not strong named.

Recently I was creating a strong named assembly in .NET which has references to LAPI_NETp.dll & LAPI_SSPlp.dll.When I tried to compile my assembly, I received the following error"Assembly generation failed: Referenced Assembly 'LAPI_NETp' does not have a strong name"Which means Lapi .NET assemblies are not strongly named, hence I cannot compile my assembly as strong named.Does OT have any plans of making their .NET assemblies strong named? If yes, by when can we expect the release?Hoping to receive feedback from OT.
