Getting (400) Bad Request message running Web Services Sample

Hello, I'm getting the following error when I'm trying to run the Web services Tree sample that is part of the SDK. This is coming on the first call to Live Link, GetSites(). I'm running Live Link 9.5.0 on Win2K3 and SQL Server 2000, UTF-8 versoin. Thanks in advance.Error message:"Server was unable to process request. --> The type initializer for "OpenText.LiveServices.SiteListener" threw an exception. --> The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request."
