HTML Labels

Inside HTML code I have seen references to data labels with the following format: [WebDoc_HTMLLabel.LivelinkPermissions]. Where "WebDoc" has also been "WebNode", "WebDsp", etc. Where are these labels, etc. defined. I have looked through core modules matching the prefix and through cofiguration files? I ask because I'm currently working on a module amd would like to add more labels.thank you,

These are stored in the XLates. (.xdb files in the modules ospace directories).
