Report for User Activity

As an Admin I can run the Audit Query Log to get activity for a user. However, I have a user that I would like to be able to run a report that would give similar information but don't want to make her an Admin.Is there a report that would show a user's activity (at the minimum showing at least log-in; more if possible) for a specified period of time. Inputs would be user, from date and to date. We have LL 9.2
