Sychronising LDAP read only

When carrying out a sychronisation I receive the following error message for only 1 user all other users sychronise correctly.Could not create teststaff in Livelink, Error retrieving information for the group ''.We are sychronising with MS-AD and the user who does not sychronise has the same rights, groups as other users who do sychronise?
