Builder suddenly crawls in LL 9.2 SP1 after a query is executed.

I have a query and when executed on the Oracle SQL prompt, it takes a matter of a sec to give me the results. When executed within Livelink through the builder, it takes forever to execute and then the builder literally crawls for all the next statements taking 100% CPU usage for each statement to be executed. Until the CAPI.Exec() is executed, the builder runs through all the lines of code without any problem. Once executed, it crawls.The query is 100% optimised and since it works fine in Oracle, why does it not function the same in Livelink? My OS version is Windows 2003 Server (SP1), Oracle is 9.2.0.4 and Livelink is 9.2 (SP1).Also the LL Admin service is stopped as I thought that maybe the indexing is causing this problem, but in vain.Regards,Dominic.
