How to provide "Next" , "Previous" functionality in the report generated using Livelink Ocript.?

I am developing a report using Livelink. I have to provide the feature of displaying first 25 records in the page. If the records exceede 25, I have to provide "Next" , "Previous" buttons in the screen. Based on the button selection, I have to display the next set of 25 records. Anybody has implemented this in Livelink Oscript? I am using oracle database.Is there a CAPI funtion to do this?Pls help
