ModifyDate time difference between Browser and LAPI

Hi !In the Livelink Explorer (up to 4.6) and the LAPI-Programm the modify date is shown on some Workstations wrong. (Also on the Lapi-connection).As i make some tests the Modifydate is handed over in the builder correctly.But then the Lapi-Dll`s seams to make a recalculation on some Workstations (i do not found any difference).So we have some worksations, where alle Files modified in the Winter-timeframe get in the Livelink Explorer and the Lapi-Programms +1h to the time shown in the Browser.And we have some worksations where ALL Files modified the whole year get +2h to the time shown in the Browser.Help is urgently needed.ThanksMarcoPS: 2 Pictures in annex
