Disable Open for an object in LL 9.5

Greetings!I noticed in teh Guided Tour for LL 9.5 it mentions that you can disable open or download for objects or containers which do not render properly in HTML view. How exactly do we do this? Our system is running LL 9.5 SP1. I know how to edit the opentext.ini to force fetch, but how do I do as the tour suggests? I am a bit confused as to the difference.
